How much experience does your group have? Does the project use anything (art, music, starter kits) you didn't create?
we learned the basics of Godot last CodeDay, but haven't touched it much since then, so a lot of the day was relearning the engine. everything was made by us! we also learned how to do multiplayer networking and it was a large headache
What challenges did you encounter?
github desktop breaking project files frequently, blender not wanting to do inverse kinematics correctly, one polygon on the character model being horrendously bugged (it is still slightly broken and drive me nuts)
